The service is ssssllllooooIf anyone in your family can't stand waiting at traffic lights, DO NOT GO HERE. We finally had to get another server to find our check. Imitation maple syrup has a much stronger flavor, and if you are used to that you will be disappointed in the real thing.There is a fun gift shop next door, but it is not big enough to fill the time you will need for the wait. You get real maple syrup, but that is a novelty and really not that good.

Pancakes come in many varieties, plus seasonal items like pumpkin spice. The good: The food was good, but I felt it had been under a warmer for too long. Once we finished it took over 30 minutes to get our check. 15 minutes to get our food ordered, another 15 minutes to get it on the table. The appetizer came out pretty quickly, but was long gone before the food arrived.
They were supplied colors and paper, but be prepared to bring some of your own items to keep them entertained. Once seated I ordered an appetizer as I knew that breakfast might take a bit and we had 3 grandchildren with us. We had to wait to be seated for 20 minutes (no exaggeration on times in this review). We went on a Monday at 11:00 to avoid any delay in service as we had been warned of their slow service (Now you have too). The drive out to this very remote restaurant was beautiful even on a very rainy day. I'm not sure you should even try to bring children, because they will be bored to tears before you can get out of this place. But due to slow (and I mean snail slow) service you can't be in any kind of hurry or impatient in the slightest. If you're looking for a unique experience off the beaten path, this is your place.
