I think you can still find the free one on the App Store. The old version is free but the new one is paid. (and with the key swap, it's the same muscle memory). Cop圜lip 2 is alright, I've bound alt+V to toggle the menu, which works similar enough to the Windows feature, it's just not that fast.

Unfortunate that Mac doesn't have this build in. That Win+V feature for clipboard history on Windows is AMAZING.
